Outstanding Wine Rating
SPV's 1999 Cabernet Sauvignon garners an Outstanding rating in the Summer 2003 issue of Wine Press Northwest: "FAB CABS: The Northwest's Best Cabernet Sauvignons." In this blind taste test, the Outstanding rating signifies wines that have "superior characteristics and should be highly sought after." The review states that Saintpaulia Vintners "relies on ripe Red Mountain grapes to craft this smoky, chocolaty red with lush berry fruit, intense flavors and rich depth."
